Snow Canyon Clinic Neurology Staff
Vernon H. Kirk, Jr., M.D.
Vernon Kirk Jr., M.D. is a quadruple board certified neurologist who is accepting new patients at Snow Canyon Clinic. He is Board Certified in Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Clinical Neurophysiology and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Upon completion of his undergraduate degree at Stanford University Dr. Kirk earned his M.D. at the University of Utah School of Medicine, which is also where he completed an Internship in Internal Medicine and Residency in Neurology.
After his Residency Dr. Kirk completed Fellowships in Clinical Neurophysiology and Advanced Clinical Neurology at the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Kirk has special interest and skill in the diagnosis and treatment neuromuscular disease, epilepsy, and sleep disorders, but he also has advanced training, interest and skill in the diagnosis and treatment of all neurological disease.
As an accomplished musician, time might find Dr. Kirk playing the bag pipes, as his favorite Celtic tunes are enjoyed by all.
