Snow Canyon Clinic's Family Practice physicians provide expert care for patients of all ages. Both Dana B. Hardin, M.D., and Raymond J. Middleton, M.D., are Board Certified in family practice and both provide comprehensive care (with the exception of obstetrics). Both physicians are on staff at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah, and both have excellent reputations as competent and compassionate doctors.
